We treat both Auto Accident and Worker's Compensation patients.  For these we will bill the Insurance Carrier for payment.  You must have a prescription to be covered by an Insurance Carrier.  The prescription must be written by a physician. (M.D., D.O. or D.C.)  With Worker's Compensation injuries, it must be preauthorized by the Adjuster. We can help you with this matter.

Under certain conditions, we will accept a "Letter of Protection" from your Attorney and will wait for payment until your case is resolved.

We are also Blue Cross Blue Shield, PPO of Florida providers.  We can check to see if your policy will provide for Massage Therapy by calling us with your insurance information.  BCBS services is only for those with a FLORIA PPO.  Each state is like another company.  We can only bill for patients with BCBS of Florida.
