 Massage Memberships 2012

Start the Year off Right!

 

This is how the Membership Program works.   Members' bank accounts will be automatically debited between the 1st and the 3rd of each month.  No matter what month your membership begins, all memberships expire 12/31/2012.  There is a one time setup fee of $20.  If you renew or change your membership for the next year, there is no additional charge to do so.  A membership is for one person only and can not be shared with any other person.  Memberships are based on the calendar month.  Any unused visit by the end of the last day of the month, is forfeited.

If you upgrade any of these appointments, you will need to pay for that upgrade on the day of service.  The above sessions can not be divided up into any other increments.

If you wish to leave a gratuity for the therapist, please let us know before we run your credit or debit card.
